    seafood, poultry, cooked meat, vegetables, and dairy.

Cut one type of food on the matching mat. Each of 6 mats are marked for their appropriate food group.

Peel off and funnel the food in to a pot, wok or a plate, etc. Throw the mat in the sink for rinsing and washing later.

Cut the next type of food on the next cutting mat (eg. vegetables on the green mat). Peel off and funnel the food as before
